4.2.1CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT

4.2.1.化学品管理

4.2.1.1A Certified Entity shall only use chemicals which are assessed, approved, and explicitly listed on the GOTS Positive List and shall have copies of valid Letter of Approvals and Safety Data Sheet documents on handlisting all Preparations they are using in processing and manufacturing of GOTS Goods as verification proofthat all colourants and textile auxiliaries used for GOTS Goods are approved.

4.2.1.1. 被认证实体应仅使用经评估、批准并明确列在GOTS肯定列表上的化学品，并应持有有效的批准书和安全数据表文件的副本，其中列明它们加工和制造GOTS产品时使用的所有配制物，作为用于GOTS产品的所有着色剂和纺织助剂获得批准的验证证据。

4.2.1.2All chemical Inputs (Substances and Preparations) intended to be used to process GOTS Goods shall undergoan assessment procedure prior to approval before their usage.

4.2.1.2. 计划用于加工 GOTS 产品的所有化学品投入物（物质和配制品），在批准使用前应经过评估程序 。

4.2.1.3A chemical Input assessment procedure shall be conducted by an Approved Certifier who is authorised by theGlobal Standard gGmbH for the specific accreditation scope, namely, Scope 4: Approval of Dyes and TextileAuxiliary Agents (Chemical Inputs) on GOTS Positive List

4.2.1.3. 化学品投入物评估程序应由获得Global Standard gGmbH特定认证范围（即范围4：GOTS肯定列表所列的染料和纺织助剂（化学品投入物）的审批）授权批准的被授权认证机构开展。

4.2.1.4Application for approval shall be made by the applicable chemical producer or supplier of the chemical Inputswho may receive conformity documents (Letters of Approval) issued by the authorised, Approved Certifiersand containing the trade names of applied chemical Inputs that have been found to be compliant with thecriteria of GOTS.

4.2.1.4. 化学品投入物的审批应由其相关化学品投入物生产商或供应商提出申请，被授权认证机构会就评估后符合GOTS的相关化学品投入物向其生产商或供应商颁发合格文件（批文），并且批文上有该相关化学品投入物的商品名。

4.2.1.5For the approval of all chemical Inputs (Substances and Preparations), a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), preparedaccording to an applicable recognised norm or directive, shall be available.

4.2.1.5. 关于所有化学品投入物（物质和配制品）的审批，应有根据适用的公认标准或规范编制的物质安全数据表（SDS）。

4.2.1.6The Approved Certifiers should, where appropriate and felt necessary, include further sources of information(such as additional toxicological and environmental data on specific components of the auxiliary agents, testreports, independent lab analysis and traceability checks of ingredients, no intentional use declarations,sources of data for hazard & toxicity, etc.) in the assessment.

4.2.1.6. 适用时及必要时，被授权认证机构应该将更多信息来源（诸如：助剂中其它特定成分的毒理和环境数据、测试报告、独立实验室对成分的分析及追溯核查、非故意使用声明、危害和毒理的数据来源等）纳入评估。

4.2.1.7All chemical Inputs shall have been evaluated, and their trade names shall be listed on the GOTS PositiveList, available on the GOTS website.

4.2.1.7. 所有化学品投入物应经过评估，并且应将其商品名列于GOTS肯定列表中，可从GOTS网站获取。

4.2.2PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED INPUTS

4.2.2.禁用和限用投入物

4.2.2.1The following table lists chemical Inputs that may (potentially) be used in conventional textile processing butthat are explicitly banned or restricted for environmental and/or toxicological reasons in all processing stagesof GOTS Goods. It is not to be seen as a comprehensive and inclusive list of all chemical Inputs that areprohibited or restricted under GOTS.

4.2.2.1. 下表列出了常规纺织品加工过程中可能（潜在）使用，但由于环境及（或）毒理原因而在GOTS产品各个加工阶段被明确禁用或限用的化学品投入物。本表不能被视为 GOTS 禁用或限用的所有化学品投入物的完整列表。

4.2.2.2Prohibition or restriction of Substance groups or individual Substances that are not explicitly listed in thisSection may further result from Section 4.2.3 ‘Requirements Related to Hazards and Toxicity’ or from otherGOTS criteria.

4.2.2.2. 本章节未列明的物质组或单个物质的禁用或限制，可参考第4.2.3节“关于危害和毒理的规定”或其它GOTS准则。
